Friday Finds

Hey guys! It’s been a crazy few weeks. Our has was hit with the flu bug going around. Every. Single. One. Ugh.

Needless to say I needed a grocery shopping trip after it was all said and done. Ya know how ‘they’ say don’t go shopping on an empty stomach? Yep don’t do it. I managed fairly well as I’ve been working out again but man I definitely came home with more than anticipated. Fortunately one of those unexpected purchases was healthy and delicious.

And even better I still haven’t opened this bag! Woohoo!

What are some yummy treats or healthy snacks you’ve found on an empty stomach?

  1. I’m not sure how to upload (or if I can) a photo, but a friend told me about these NO SUGAR ADDED mangoes that they sell at Costco. They are SO sweet. They are dried, but don’t have the sugar that the previous Costco offering had. They’re a good alternative when you’re craving something sugary and while must be eaten in moderation, they fix the need!
